My chef hubby (of Picnics in Paris catering) and I love when we get to work together on a special event, such as a surprise Paris proposal! Sue wanted to propose to her girlfriend, Lucy, during a romantic picnic in the Champs des Mars park. Justin prepared a delicious menu of curated charcuterie, cheeses, a French baguette, a freshly made springtime salad with a champagne vinaigrette, two Quiche Lorraine’s, raspberry panna-cotta for dessert, and a chilled bottle of bubbly to celebrate! After Sue read a poem, she proposed with a beautiful vintage diamond ring. They enjoyed their picnic and we then took them on a photo session at the Pont Alexandre III and Tuileries garden. Congratulations, lovebirds!!
